Hey guys
It's been a good week so far. I played mini golf and I played that one arcade dinosaur game with the guns and I definitely scared a toddler because when she walked by I was getting scared of the t Rex and I yelled a very loud yell and she ran away. Thankfully I didn't get kicked out of the arcade so that's a plus. Next we played laser tag and mini golf and that was good except I hit my ball into the bushes and I looked and looked and i didn't find it, so instead a just used a different ball that I found, then I accidently hit another guys ball into the lake and I got my golf club all wet with lake juice which made me an even worse golfer.
Needles to say, everyone that was with me at adventure land had an adventure because they got to laugh at a clown boy. It was me. The clown boy was me everyone.
Anyways we also had some great lessons with some super sweet people this week, a good chunk of them were old people who really just needed someone to talk too, but im not complaining here, young people are dumb, which sucks I would just say that old people are dumb slower, which means they are easier to teach, but have a harder time understanding.
I also stopped writing this email halfway through and now I'm writing this a week later.
This week has been a trip and a half because we have been in a trio. The other companion is Elder lloyd, he is this cowboy guy from Idaho. The reason that he is with us is because he is about to train another missionary but the missionary he's training has covid and is still in the mtc. He should be getting here today.
It has been a really fun little week with this cowboy man. We mostly did a lot of service and manual labor. It was actually pretty enjoyable.
We are helping this lady get he porch fixed up, which is way fun, we've been replacing all the boards one by one, haha! We also did service on the ranch again, which was prettty cool if I do say so myself. We fed horses, we lifted hay, we sweeped dirt, it was very much a regular time.
Also one night we were making calls at the church and i drew a boat with like a millimeter of chalk on the chalkboard.
I will attach a picture .
Let me tell you, we also had testimony meeting last Sunday and I bore my testimony.
I told the story of Chad's conversion and it was powerful.
Testimonies are a powerful thing I gotta say.
Also I totally messed up my legs playing disc golf because there was a disc in the thorns
